Elliptical & Quarter Elliptical Template Instructions
| STEP 1. | Completely cover the window opening area with clean, white wrapping paper, and tape into place. Making sure the paper is pulled taut, use plenty of tape to secure the edges. DO NOT USE NEWSPAPER, PLASTIC, or CARDBOARD. (Use paper that has not been folded before.) |
| STEP 2. | Mark the room side of the template "FACE". |
| STEP 3. | You will notice the outline of the framework superimposed on the template as light filters through the window. |
| STEP 4. | Draw the outline of the window opening with a pencil or sharpie marker. Starting at the top center, draw around the opening, being as precise as possible. |
| STEP 5. | Draw a diagram of the window area on the face of the template, denoting width and height. |
| STEP 6. | Measure the width "W" & height "H" of the window. Add these dimensions to the diagram previously drawn. |
| STEP 7. | Write the date, company name, sidemark, room and window-side reference on template. |
| STEP 8. | Make sure to label the left "L" and right "R" sides of template. |
| STEP 9. | Send the template to SOLACE®. For best results, roll the template for shipping. |
